A complex pinot blanc with depth, structure, and a burgundian character. Even in the glass, it appears inviting and complex, with an aroma that harmoniously combines ripeness, minerality, and subtle use of wood.

On the nose, buttery brioche notes unfold, accompanied by vanilla, honey, apricot compote, and a hint of caramel. A precise, cool minerality lends tension and depth to the aroma. With a little air, the wine gains further nuances and expression.

On the palate, the Pinot Blanc starts powerful and impactful, carried by mineral drive and clear structure. The aromatic intensity of the nose continues, yet remains balanced and elegant. Finely structured tannins provide grip and length, without disturbing the balance.

An elegant, yet substantial pinot blanc that gains further depth with increasing maturity and is particularly recommended as a sophisticated food companion.
