Mainz is not just a place.

Mainz is the German Wine Capital.

For centuries, wine has been grown, traded and lived here – and remains a natural part of everyday life. Today, Mainz is a centre of German wine culture – and for us, a direct connection to the people behind the wines.

Founded in 2024, we are based in the heart of Mainz – close to Germany’s most important wine regions. We work directly with winemakers, and we know their work and their stories. For us, craftsmanship is central: wines of real quality, directly from the producer – whether small batches, rare specialities or established estates.

We focus deliberately on German wines. Here, we not only have direct access – we also witness a development up close: A new generation of highly trained winemakers, combined with changing climatic conditions, is producing wines that now rank among the world’s best.

We believe:
Wine should not be complicated.
Wine should feel right.

Many experience German wine as difficult to approach or hard to interpret. We understand that. It is often described in a language that does not always help to place it in context. As a result, it is easy to miss just how good it can be.

That is why we start from what is already familiar – for example, when a Burgundy lover discovers German Chardonnay.

In this way, we aim to make the wines more accessible – with a sense for taste and recommendations that offer orientation, without oversimplifying.

At the same time, we make it easy to buy German wines across Europe. For customers outside Germany, we handle import and excise duties – so that good wine is not held back by bureaucracy.

We work with private wine lovers as well as wine bars and restaurants looking for wines with character and a clear sense of origin.

Good wine is not only made in the vineyard, but in the right moment – at the table, in conversation, with the right people. That is what we select our wines for.

Our aim is simple:
To bring winemaker and glass closer together.
