A finely sparkling, characterful Pinot sparkling wine with depth and structure. In the glass, it presents itself in a bright straw yellow, lively and clear.

On the nose, apricot and quince unfold, accompanied by notes of honey, roasted hazelnuts, and fine brioche. The aromatics appear ripe, precise, and at the same time fresh.

On the palate, the sparkling wine impresses with lively, finely integrated perlage and a refreshing acidity that gives the wine tension and elegance. In the mid-palate, it shows itself full-bodied and creamy, before transitioning into a long, mineral-driven finish with quince notes and a fine phenolic grip.

A complex, dry Pinot sparkling wine that not only impresses as an aperitif but also serves excellently as a food-pairing sparkling wine.
