An elegant, finely structured sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, combining freshness, creaminess, and clear origin. Classically fermented in the bottle, it displays a precise, dry style with a delicate melt.

Delicate peach notes appear on the nose and palate, accompanied by classic brioche and yeast aromas. The fruit remains subtle, and the aromatics are balanced and clear. A fine creaminess combines with a gentle, well-integrated acidity, and the finish is dry and precise.

The grapes come from the Frankweiler Kalkgrube, a limestone-influenced site that imparts freshness, structure, and a fine mineral note to the sparkling wine. The limestone soil supports the clear, taut style of the Blanc de Noirs.

The base wine was spontaneously fermented and matured for nine months on the lees before the second fermentation took place in the bottle. Traditional bottle fermentation ensures fine perlage, texture, and depth.

A clear, dry Blanc de Noirs with fine creaminess and a classic character – elegant, straightforward, and artisanally crafted.
