In Edenkoben, a quiet wine village of the southern Pfalz, Janina and Julius Berizzi have been writing one of the most exciting new stories in the German wine world since 2019. What began as the takeover of a largely unknown estate is today one of the Pfalz's most precise small addresses: bio-certified, with clearly structured Rieslings from Buntsandstein and limestone, expressive Chardonnay and Weissburgunder.
