VDP.Weingut Zehnthof Luckert
HERITAGE. GREATNESS. SILVANER.
In Sulzfeld am Main, in a prince-bishop's tithe court from 1558, some of Germany's purest Silvaner wines are made. Weingut Zehnthof Luckert has been a VDP member since 1955, bio-certified since 2007 — and is the only estate in the world cultivating all four Silvaner varieties: green, yellow, red, and blue.
At the centre stand the Grossen Gewächse from the Maustal — one of Franken's iconic vineyards — alongside the Erste Lagen Sulzfelder Berg and Sonnenberg. Muschelkalk in its purest form, spontaneous fermentation, ageing in traditional Stückfässer of Spessart oak.
At Wein & Nielsen you'll find their wines direct from the estate — ex winery prices.
