A dry Riesling with freshness, elegance, and clear provenance. The grapes originate from the historic Hofberg in the Dhron Valley, a cool Moselle side-valley known for precise, vibrant Rieslings.

On the nose, notes of lime, grapefruit, and delicate white spice emerge, complemented by a cool, clear fruit character. The aroma is fresh and focused, without overt sweetness.

On the palate, the Riesling is juicy and lively, supported by an animating acidity that harmoniously integrates the residual sugar of 18 g/l. The texture is smooth, the finish creamy and balanced, with clear freshness all the way through.

A dry Riesling with tension and balance, masterfully combining drinking pleasure and sophistication.
