Hofberg Spätlese Grosse Lage - VDP.Weingut AJ Adam
Sufficient stock! Ready to ship!
A classic, fruit-sweet Moselle Spätlese with lightness, tension, and elegant length. The wine combines ripe fruit with precise acidity and a clear slate character.
On the nose, the Spätlese presents itself openly and juicy, with aromas of pineapple, honeydew melon, vineyard peach, and citrus fruit. The fruit appears ripe and inviting, yet remains clear and finely drawn.
On the palate, the Riesling is lively and balanced. The fruit-sweet aromatics are supported by an animating acidity that provides freshness and pull. A subtle minerality adds depth and a long, precise finish.
The grapes come from the VDP.GROSSE LAGE® Hofberg from over 60-year-old vines rooted in steep slate soils. Selective hand-harvesting and traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks preserve freshness, fruit clarity, and origin.
With 8% alcohol, this Spätlese shows a typical Moselle balance of sweetness, acidity, and minerality – an elegant, multi-layered Riesling with great drinkability and aging potential.
