Dhroner Häs'chen Kabinett - VDP.Weingut AJ Adam
Sufficient stock! Ready to ship!
A fine, expressive Kabinett from the tiny monopol vineyard Häs’chen in the Dhron Valley. The over 90-year-old, ungrafted vines give the wine particular depth and finesse.
On the nose, the Riesling is fragrant and open, with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, candied orange, and delicate tropical nuances. The aroma is clear and inviting, without losing precision.
On the palate, the Kabinett presents itself as silky and balanced. The finely dosed residual sweetness is perfectly integrated and supported by a lively acidity. A subtle, piquant spice in the finish provides excitement and length.
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness, clarity, and characteristic lightness of this Kabinett. With 7.5% alcohol, the wine is delicate, animating, and extremely approachable.
A harmonious, elegant Riesling Kabinett that impressively reflects the special origin of the Häs’chen vineyard.
