A characterful Silvaner with depth and puristic elegance. The Blauer Silvaner (Blue Silvaner) shows an intense, clear yellow and a creamy-fruity aroma with apricot, yellow stone fruit, mirabelle plum, and subtle herbal spice, accompanied by a discreet, typically Luckert-style reduction.
On the palate, it is juicy, taut, and substantial, supported by precise acidity and striking, stony-salty minerality. The combination of richness and structure gives the wine calm power and a clear, straightforward style.
The grapes come from organically cultivated Sulzfeld plots on chalky Muschelkalk and limestone weathering soils. This origin shapes the wine with mineral tension, depth, and that lean, concentrated character typical of Blauer Silvaner.
Selective hand-picking, spontaneous fermentation, and aging in large wooden barrels made of Spessart oak provide structure and texture without making the wine aromatically heavy. The minimalist, nature-focused aging underscores the authenticity and clear character of this Silvaner.
A precise, powerful, and origin-focused Silvaner with a distinctive profile.
