Pinot Noir Rosé trocken - VDP.Weingut A.J, Adam
Sufficient stock! Ready to ship!
A finely structured, elegant rosé with cool fruit, clear structure, and animating freshness. Aromas of red berries, rose petals, orange peel, and delicate herbs appear on the nose, accompanied by a hint of smoke and mineral spice. On the palate, the wine is light-footed, precise, and juicy, supported by vibrant acidity and fine texture. The finish is straightforward, bright, and characterized by clear freshness.
The grapes come from the Dhroner Hofberg, from 10 to 30-year-old Pinot Noir vines growing on slate with iron oxide and quartzite inclusions. The cool microclimate of the Dhron Valley preserves the freshness and aromatic precision of the fruit. Harvested with a yield of 60 hl/ha.
After about 8 hours of maceration, the grapes were pressed with their stems, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine matured for 5 months on its fine lees to develop additional depth and balance.
A delicate, exciting rosé with finesse and mineral depth, exemplifying the origin of the Dhroner Hofberg.
