Sufficient stock! Ready to ship!
A precise, tense Riesling that combines the characteristics of the Saxon Elbe Valley in a concentrated form. The Roter Granit is a cuvée from the Friedstein and Kapitelberg vineyards and combines freshness, depth and mineral clarity into a focused overall picture.
On the nose, the wine shows clear citrus notes, white peach and subtle herbal nuances, accompanied by a cool, stony minerality. The aromatics are fresh, precise and calm, without overt opulence.
On the palate, the Riesling presents itself lively, balanced and straightforward. The acidity is precise and supportive, the texture clear and focused. A fine salty minerality gives the wine length and a precise finish.
The Friedstein vineyard brings freshness, tension and a slightly exotic fruit to the wine, while the Kapitelberg provides depth, structure and the characteristic salty minerality of the granite soil. Together they form a Riesling that authentically reflects the terroir of the Elbe Valley.
The vinification is deliberately restrained to clearly bring out fruit, acidity and minerality. This keeps the wine transparent, precise and accessible, without losing its origin.
A clear, mineral-driven Riesling that masterfully combines origin, structure and drinkability.
