Haardt Herrenletten Pinot Noir trocken Grosses Lage - Weingut Andres
Sufficient stock! Ready to ship!
The grapes come from the Grosse Lage single vineyard Haardter Herrenletten, supplemented by parcels from Mandelring. The vineyards are located on the edge of the Haardt hills and are characterized by calcareous marl soils, which give the Pinot Noir structure, freshness, and a distinct mineral character. The yield of around 45 hl/ha ensures concentration while maintaining elegance.
The wine is precise and balanced, with clear fruit, fine spice, and well-integrated acidity. On the palate, it is calm, structured, and mineral, with a dry, clear finish. With 13.5% alcohol, it combines power and tension without losing finesse.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with natural yeasts. The aging process is deliberately restrained to clearly bring out the terroir-typical precision and the calcareous character of the site.
An elegant, mineral-driven Pinot Noir that convincingly reflects the signature of the Andres winery and the style of Herrenletten.
