Dhroner Riesling trocken Ortswein - VDP.Weingut AJ Adam
Sufficient stock! Ready to ship!
A precise, well-balanced Ortswein Riesling with depth and drinkability. The grapes come from approximately 45-year-old vines in selected parcels around Dhron, a cool Mosel side valley with a distinct mineral character.
On the nose, the Riesling is clear and ripe, with notes of yellow fruit, ripe apple, and delicate hints of honey. The aromatics appear open but focused, without opulence.
On the palate, the wine presents itself as juicy and creamy, with lively acidity and well-integrated texture. The fruit develops a slightly exotic nuance, yet remains dry, precise, and approachable. The finish is harmonious and balanced.
After the harvest in October, fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in traditional oak foudres. The wine then ages on the lees for about five months, which gives it smoothness, depth, and balance.
A classic, clear Mosel Riesling that convincingly combines freshness, substance, and elegance.
